2KR Systems ("2KR Systems," "we," "us") operates the monitoring application at app.2krsystems.com (the "Service"). The Service covers 2KR Systems devices on your company account, including RoofBoss, SnowSentry, and GeoBoss, and any other 2KR Systems monitoring device added to that account. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Service and when you opt in to 2KR Systems alert text messages.

Information we collect

When you have an account, we collect:

• Account details you or your company administrator enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, title, organization, and role.
• Your notification settings, including whether alerts are enabled and whether you receive warning alerts, danger alerts, or both.
• Building, device, and sensor information needed to operate the Service. Depending on the device, that includes RoofBoss conditions such as snow depth, SnowSentry conditions such as snow pressure, information from GeoBoss, and device status such as battery or communication.
• Alert notices we store in the Service so you can review them after they are sent.
• Technical records of messages we send, such as the time a notice was sent and whether delivery was accepted by our messaging provider.

If you save a mobile number for alerts, we collect that number and the fact that it was saved on the account so we can send 2KR Systems alert texts. One number covers alerts for every RoofBoss, SnowSentry, GeoBoss, and other 2KR Systems device on the company account. There is not a separate text program for each product.

How we use information

We use this information to:

• Provide the Service to your company and the buildings it monitors.
• Send email and, if you have opted in, text alerts when a RoofBoss, SnowSentry, GeoBoss, or other monitored 2KR Systems device meets a warning or danger condition your settings allow.
• Store those alerts in the application.
• Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
• Meet legal and carrier requirements for the text messaging program.

We do not use your phone number to send marketing or promotional texts.

Text messaging opt-in data

We use your mobile number only to send 2KR Systems alert texts you opted in to receive, and to record that opt-in. Those texts may concern any RoofBoss, SnowSentry, GeoBoss, or other 2KR Systems device on the account.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell mobile numbers or SMS consent.

Service providers

We use service providers to host the Service and to deliver email and text messages, including Amazon Web Services. They process information only to perform those services for us. This does not include sharing text messaging originator opt-in data and consent with third parties for their own use.

How long we keep it

We keep account and alert information while the account is active and as needed to operate the Service, document alerts, and meet legal obligations. If you turn SMS Alerts off in Settings or reply STOP, we stop sending text alerts to that number. We may keep a record that you opted out.

Your choices

• Turn SMS Alerts off in Settings and save to stop text alerts while keeping email alerts enabled. You can then remove your phone number on the Account page. Turning all alerts off in Settings also stops texts. These choices stop 2KR Systems alert texts for every product on the account, including RoofBoss, SnowSentry, and GeoBoss.
• Reply STOP to a 2KR Systems alert text. You will receive a confirmation and no further alert texts from this program, for any product.
• Reply HELP for help.
• Email info@2krsystems.com to ask about this policy or your information.

You can use the Service with email alerts and no text messages. A mobile number is not required.

Children

The Service is a business monitoring tool. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do. If we materially change how we use mobile numbers or SMS consent, we will post the updated policy at this URL.
